BIOGRAPHY OF THE ARTIST
Gerard Millet (b. 1991, Barcelona, Spain) is a Spanish painter, illustrator, and educator working in the tradition of classical academic realism. He began his artistic training in professional illustration at Escola d'Art La Llotja in Barcelona before continuing his studies at the Barcelona Academy of Art, where he graduated from the Drawing and Painting program in 2018.
 
After teaching for three years at the Academy of Fine Arts Germany, Millet returned to Barcelona and founded LaSEU – Academia de Arte, where he serves as director and instructor. Alongside his teaching, he maintains an active studio practice, creating works distinguished by refined draftsmanship, expressive realism, and a contemporary interpretation of classical painting.
