MISSION

Our mission is to elevate artists by providing a dynamic platform that opens doors to fame, financial rewards, unparalleled exposure, and valuable connections within the international art market.
From all submissions, 30 outstanding artworks will be selected as finalists. These finalists will not only be showcased in the prestigious final online exhibition but will also compete for six exclusive prizes:

But that's not all, finalists' works will be immortalized in the "Toolip Art Gallery" Collector's Edition Book, featuring all 30 selected pieces. This exclusive publication will be distributed to industry professionals, collectors, and renowned art organizations.

Special Acquisition Clause – 1st Prize
In addition to the monetary award of €5,000, the 1st Prize winning artwork will be permanently acquired by the Toolip Art Gallery and will become part of the official Toolip Art Collection.
By participating in the contest, artists acknowledge and agree that:

The 1st Prize artwork will become the full property of Toolip Art Gallery.

Ownership transfer includes physical possession of the artwork.

The artwork will remain in the gallery's permanent collection.

The gallery reserves the right to exhibit the artwork in future exhibitions, art fairs, publications, and promotional materials as part of the Toolip Art Collection.
The €5,000 prize represents both the award and the acquisition value of the artwork.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
The Toolip Art Contest 2026 is open to everyone , no age restriction.
Whether you’re an emerging artist, an established professional, or part of a creative collective, we welcome participants from all countries and all backgrounds.
TYPOLOGY OF WORKS
We welcome only Photographs
The Open Subject Photography Edition welcomes all photographic approaches and artistic interpretations.
Accepted disciplines include all forms of photography, except pornography.

REGISTRATION
The registration must be done online at:

Once the registration has been successfully completed and paid for, the artwork will be listed on the website as " Artists in competition" in the next 48 hours https://www.toolipartgallery.com/artists-in-competition
JURY SELECTION PROCESS
The jury will consist of renowned professionals from the international art industry, bringing their expertise and insight to the selection process.

The jury will carefully select 30 finalist artists whose works will be featured in the final exhibition.

The identities of the jury members will be officially revealed during the Final Exhibition and Awards Ceremony on September 12th, 2025.
WINNERS SELECTION PROCESS
From the 30 finalist artists featured in the exhibition, the jury will select:

2nd Best Photography

3rd Best Photography
The three main winners will be announced on November 28, 2026

The jury's decision is final and irrevocable. In the event of any issue with a selected piece, the prize will automatically be awarded to the next eligible artist.

WINNERS EVALUATION PROCESS
Winners will be determined based on the overall rating of their artwork, as evaluated by both the jury and the hosting gallery.
Rating Scale:

The scoring system ranges from 1 to 10 points.

Each Juror has the same ratio scoring.
How It Works:

Each juror will rate each artwork on a scale of 1 to 10.
-
The average score from all jurors will represent 100% of the final score.
CASH PRIZE PAYMENT PROCESS
The Top 3 winners will be officially announced at the conclusion of the digital contest. Each winner will receive an official Award Certificate stating their prize and winning position. The corresponding cash prize will be transferred directly to the winner’s bank account immediately following the announcement.
FINAL DIGITAL EXHIBITION DETAILS
The Final Digital Exhibition featuring the 30 finalists will be presented on the Toolip Art Gallery website, showcasing the selected artworks in a dedicated online gallery.
The digital exhibition will be curated and organized by Toolip Art Gallery, which will determine the presentation and arrangement of the artworks online.
ARTWORK SALES
The 30 finalist artworks will be featured in the Toolip Art Gallery online store and must be available for sale throughout the digital exhibition.

All exhibited artworks will be available for sale during the exhibition.

The gallery reserves the right to promote and sell the artworks for up to 3 months after the exhibition concludes.

A 40%+VAT commission will be applied to each sale.

The administration fee varies based on the number of artworks submitted , the more pieces you present, the greater your chances of winning!
1 artwork: 60 € - 2 artworks: 90 € - 3 artworks: 120 € - 4 artworks: 150 € - 5 artworks: 160 € - 6 artworks: 180 €
AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS
You can complete your payment securely via credit card, Apple Pay, Google pay or PayPal at the end of the online registration form.
REFUND POLICY
By completing the registration and successfully submitting the payment, the artist acknowledges and agrees that the submission fee is non-refundable.

Pictures:
Pictures are loaded automatically through the registration form on the official website for the next 48 hours.
Pictures can be uploaded in the following formats: jpg or gif. Max 10 MB (we recommend gif to have a better perspective of the works
CATALOGUE
The winning artists must submit the following documents to allow the printing of the book in time for the opening day:

By completing the subscription form on the official website www.toolipartgallery.com, the artist agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this notice, including all its provisions.
The artist grants Toolip Art Gallery permission to process their personal data in compliance with European Union law (EU 2016/679) and its subsequent amendments.
Personal Data and Images:

The personal data and images submitted will be used solely for purposes related to the Toolip Art Contest.

Toolip Art Gallery will not sell or publish the artists' data or images for commercial purposes.
Artist Responsibility:

Artists are fully responsible for the content of the images, text, or other materials submitted for publication on the competition website and in the Collector’s Edition Book.

The Toolip Art Gallery reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate for the competition. If an artist wishes to contest this decision, a written request may be submitted for review.
