Original Artwork Return Policy

From the date you receive your original artwork, you have seven (7) days to decide whether to keep the piece or return it for a refund, provided it is in its original condition.

If you wish to return an artwork, you must:

  • Notify Toolip Art Gallery within seven (7) days of delivery, and

  • Ship the artwork within three (3) days after notifying us.

Important: Do not ship the artwork before contacting us. Returns sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted.

If you do not contact us within the 7-day period or fail to ship the artwork within 3 days of notification, you will not be eligible for a refund. (Exceptions may apply and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.)

How to Return an Original, Undamaged Artwork

Step 1- Within seven (7) days of delivery, contact us by email at info@toolipartgallery.com (Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–8:00 PM PST). Please include your order details and reason for the return.

Step 2- Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials. If the original packaging is no longer available, the buyer is responsible for providing appropriate packaging to ensure safe return.

Step 3- Email info@toolipartgallery.com to complete the return process.

Once the artwork is safely received by the gallery, your refund, excluding shipping costs and any international customs fees, will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note: Additional shipping fees may apply for international returns.

What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged

Step 1- Within seven (7) days of delivery, contact us at info@toolipartgallery.com (Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM PST) and provide your order details.

Step 2- Save all original packaging materials.

Step 3- Take clear photos of the damaged artwork and packaging, and email them to info@toolipartgallery.com.

Step 4- A Toolip Art Gallery representative will contact you to guide you through the next steps.
