DETAILS
Oil, 22 carat gold on canvas
50x60 cm with frame

DESCRIPTION
The painting depicts the inner struggle of religion through the lens of the dualism between the devil and God. The color scheme carries symbolic meaning: gold represents the divine, while black symbolizes dark, demonic forces. Purple embodies the Church and religion itself, standing as a mediator between the two opposing poles. The composition intentionally evokes the visual language of medieval codices, adding deeper historical and cultural layers to the work.
