DESCRIPTION

Fusion captures a moment in which two bodies cease to exist as separate entities. A loving
couple is shown in a passionate embrace, dissolving into a single shared presence. The work
does not focus on facial features or explicit anatomy; instead, intimacy emerges through color,
rhythm, and structure. What becomes visible is not the couple itself, but the emotional field
created between them.

The piece is executed in a distinctive Pixel Art technique combined with structural paste.
Coarse, tactile pixel units build the surface of the canvas. When viewed up close, the image
appears fragmented, each pixel carrying its own physical presence. From a certain distance,
however, these individual elements merge, allowing the figures to slowly come into focus. The
artwork exists precisely in this tension between abstraction and recognition.
Painted using a flash technique, the work features subtle iridescent accents. Along the outer
edges of the figures, soft rainbow hues appear like luminous shadows, creating a gentle halo
effect. These color shifts are not decorative; they suggest movement, warmth, and the quiet
vibration that arises where two bodies meet.
Fusion reveals its full strength in dim, intimate lighting. In the soft light of a bedroom at dusk or under gentle evening illumination, the surface comes alive: shadows deepen, colors begin to glow, and the figures seem to breathe. The work invites closeness—not to observe, but to feel. It is an image of unity, vulnerability, and the beauty of dissolving boundaries.
