DESCRIPTION
In Follow the Fog, the figure emerges as if from a fluid atmosphere, suspended between water and air. The portrait is shaped by translucent watercolor washes that evoke mist, depth, and the quiet movement of tides.
Graphite lines define her gaze and features with subtle precision, while flowing forms around her echo sea plants and drifting currents. Her hair merges with these organic rhythms, softening the boundary between figure and environment. The fog becomes a metaphor for transition — a space where identity dissolves gently into atmosphere.
Rather than depicting a specific person, the work suggests immersion: a presence shaped by fluidity, intuition, and the quiet mystery of water.
