BIOGRAPHY
Ela Daple (b. 1987, Romania) lives and works in Budapest, Hungary. A self-taught artist with an intuitive approach, Ela integrates her background in photography and graphic design into her painting practice.
 
Her work investigates how contemporary art can reflect and reinterpret the impact of technology on human experience, pushing creative boundaries and offering new perspectives on the intersection of visual culture and digital innovation.
 
STATEMENT
 
My work explores the evolving relationship between humans and technology through the concept of cybernetic fusion—the blending and transformation of organic and digital forms. By merging abstract realism with vibrant colors and diverse textures,
 
I create compositions that juxtapose organic elements with digital patterns and futuristic aesthetics. These pieces evoke the feeling of ancient relics from a distant future, prompting reflection on identity and the impact of technology on our lives.
 
Through visually captivating contrasts and intentional disruptions, my art challenges traditional perceptions of identity and encourages contemplation of what it means to be human in a rapidly advancing world.
