DESCRIPTION
The Vespa Crazy Pop Art world premiered exclusively at the Toolip Art Gallery in Budapest and is the fruit of the Collaboration of ArtHugo and the Vespa Benelux Importer IMF group MotoConti (the major importer of the motorized two-wheeler sector at the Belgian level)
ARTHUGO is a pop artist born in Antwerp to a Portuguese immigrant mother, and he had already drawn a lot in class, making cartoons and caricatures of teachers. I
BIOGRAPHY
He studied advertising and posters, which made him learn to draw in large formats of several meters and frescoes and to make money; he made Christmas windows from 16 to 18 years old.
After leaving school and starting to work little by little, he put away his drawings, until 2019 when he had a burnout.
He stayed one year thinking about his life and what he would leave behind him after death, he decided to launch himself as a window artist to rediscover his first love in drawing.
He was selling his games console, and stop smoking after four months he empties his garage and set up his workshop, where he worked day and night and think about how to be a well-known and recognized artist without having to wait ten to 20 years.
He very quickly put a strategy in place to be seen. He appeared more than 50 times in the Belgian media and increased the number of collaborations.
After one year, he moved into a container and made the helmet of Stoffel Vandoorne, Formula E world champion, and Remco Evenepoel, world cycling champion.
One year later, he was driving and creating the Hugo Art Gallery; he does a lot of workshops with children in schools and also participates several times a year in auctions for the benefit of children, women or disabled people,
