Terms and Conditions

Artwork Submission

• Artists may submit 1 or more artworks, depending on the format, dimensions, and overall harmony.

• The total combined display size must not exceed 200 cm (height) × 100 cm (width).

• Smaller formats are welcome, as long as they fit within the total size limit.

 

Exhibition Details

• Accepted artworks will be featured in a physical group exhibition at Toolip Art Gallery, Vienna, and in our online store for the duration of the exhibition.

• Your work will be promoted through social media, mass email campaigns, and press coverage.

Artist Interviews

• Artists attending the opening night and/or exhibition in person will have the opportunity to participate in an exclusive filmed interview, conducted by the gallery.

​

Sales and Commission

• The gallery will retain a 30% commission + VAT on all artwork sales.

Deadlines

• Submission Deadline: Jan 21, 2026

• Artwork Delivery Deadline (Vienna): Feb 1, 2026

• Artists are fully responsible for the shipping logistics of their artwork, to the gallery and, if unsold, for its return.

• All artworks must be shipped in a secure transportation box, carefully packed, and ready to hang or display.                                                               (If the artworks are delivered without a hanging system, we will display them on easels instead of on the wall)

 

Fees

A PR and Digital Promotion (750€ Incl. VAT)

This fee includes comprehensive support and visibility for the participating

• 3 weeks exhibition

•  Social media promotion across the world

• A professional private interview with the artist

• Installation of the artworks

This contribution ensures high-quality presentation, promotion, and professional handling of all exhibited works.

Refund Policy

• Due to limited availability, no refunds will be issued.

• If participation becomes impossible, your position can be transferred to a future group show.
