DESCRIPTION
My painting came from a spontaneous, unplanned process. The contrast between the two sides can symbolize many things—perhaps different ways of seeing the world, or opposing forces like wealth and poverty, light and darkness, or even happiness and struggle. The spontaneity of the process gives it an authenticity, as if the painting itself is revealing these contrasts without being forced. It allows for a more intuitive connection with the viewer, who may see their own experiences reflected in the balance between the two sides.
The brightness and allure of the rich side may be an illusion, while the real value in life could be found in the more grounded, less glamorous side—perhaps in relationships, simple joys, or personal fulfillment. The contrast you’ve painted suggests that true richness might not always be about what’s visible on the surface.
