DESCRIPTION

"Sacred Dispel" is one of the latest gorgeous creations by Romanian Artist, Roxana Ilasoaia

"Sacred Dispel" is a mesmerizing and abstract exploration of the interplay between divine
geometry and the natural world.

At the center of the artwork lies a radiant, sacred geometry sun, its form composed of intricate, symmetrical patterns that evoke a sense of cosmic order and spiritual transcendence. The sun is not just a celestial body; it represents the source of life and energy, radiating with a deep, spiritual light that fills the canvas with a sense of divine presence.

From the core of this sacred sun, rivers of gold flow outward, rising or falling in an elegant
dance of abstraction. The golden rivers, both fluid and dynamic, spread across the canvas in
sweeping, organic forms, their motion reminiscent of water.

They cascade and intertwine, evoking the flow of life and energy, as they ripple outward into an expansive, abstracted world.

The rivers create a sense of both movement and stillness, as if they are both in
constant motion and eternally suspended in time.

The world itself is abstracted, not in any literal sense, but as a sea-like expanse that stretches
infinitely, formed from the golden rivers that converge and diverge across the canvas.

The waters are not bound by typical earthly constraints but rather suggest an endless, boundless
horizon—a vision of the world that transcends physicality, representing the flow of life,
spirit, and energy within a cosmic realm.

The use of gold imbues the piece with a divine radiance, elevating the image from the earthly
to the sacred. The geometry of the sun serves as a visual anchor, drawing the viewer’s
attention to the divine source from which all creation flows.

The abstraction of the rivers transforms them into symbols of life’s constant motion, the passage of time, and the interconnectedness of all things.

"Sacred Dispel" is a visual meditation on the interplay between the divine and the earthly, the
sacred and the abstract, inviting the viewer to contemplate the flow of energy and the
profound, unseen forces that shape our world.

The work evokes a sense of awe, mystery, and reverence, as it presents a world where sacred geometry and natural forces unite in a harmonious and eternal dance.

BIOGRAPHY

Roxana Nicoleta Ilasoaia was born on November 20 th , 1986, in Roman City from Romania.

Today she lives and work by the seaside in Constanta City, Romania.

Although drawing had been part of her life since her early years, she was deeply influenced by the belief that "you can't make a living from art," a belief that kept her distant from her own creative expression for a long time.

In her teenage years, she drove her mother crazy by painting the walls of their house, and her
engineering studies provided her with the opportunity to study technical drawing intensively.

This sparked a passion that would later be reflected in her works.

After the birth of her two children, she rediscovered the joy of embracing playfulness
and creating without limitations.

This transformative moment gave rise to a new need: to define and understand her own femininity and purpose. This became a long search that would later inspire the subjects of her artworks.

Living in a multicultural city, Constanta, he learned about the universality of love and
acceptance.

This theme later became central to his works, being represented by the creation
of one or more characters without a clear identity, in which any of us can identify, at a certain
moment or context.

Feeling that simply wanting to make art was not enough and recognizing the need for
a set of rules and directions to guide her artistic creation, she attended a school of decorative
arts and later applied to the Faculty of Fine Arts. She explored and integrated various
techniques, her favorite being acrylic painting.

She discovered gilding during her iconography courses and later found that incorporating this
technique into her works could bring the warmth of the sun to a wall.

The greatest challenge in her journey has been—and still is—the need to shake off old
beliefs and fears. Each time she does so, a new perspective is revealed, expressed through an
emotionally charged piece of work.

Roxana has participated so far in multiple group exhibitions in Romania, Bulgaria,
Lisbon, Budapest and Istanbul.
