DESCRIPTION
In Romanticism, mermaids were enveloped in sadness and melancholy for not being able to access the earthly world. In my case, the process is the opposite; she is transforming into a woman due to the rejection that the mermaid body suffers from the contaminated sea of ​​our times. For this reason, she cannot stop crying when she sees that she will not be able to return to the depths of the sea.
